Gipsverbanden

Een gips of gipsverband biedt een stevige ondersteuning voor het extern stabiliseren van de ledematen. Een volledige gips bestaat uit diverse onderdelen:
- het tubulair verband
- de opvulwatten
- de gips zelf.

Bij het plaatsen van een gips kan een fixatiespalk worden gebruikt.
Voor het verwijderen van de gips is een gipszaag vereist.

Naast de nodige gipsmateriaal biedt Farla Medical een reeks steunverbanden.
